'eyes' as if saying 'look upwards'.

The diagram of the sphere in the top left is to do with astronomical navigation. Z is the Zenith (the point directly
overhead). P is polaris or the pole star. H1 and h2 seem to correspond to the height above the horizon of a particular stat
(or the sun). The band running round the globe could be the ecliptic i.e. the path of the sun (and moon and planets within 5
degrees) in the sky aka. the Zodiacal constellations. there are 13 by the catalogue (and two more if you include the extreme
variation of the planets).Pn is polar North and t' is the angular (or temporal) seperation of the Sun/star at different times
(or in different positions).S2 by the way seems directly south. so the whole thing suggests to me "shooting" the Sun at
culmination i.e. when directly South at local noon.

The Hebrew word at the bottom (in addition to the meanings correctly identified by Jeremy) also means "for the world".
In Aramaic / rabbinic Hebrew, it also means something roughly translated as "really and truly".
Sorry that this just confuses things further.

As mentioned in an earlier post, Nove Mesto (New Town) that is located on the Prague map, was started by Charles IV in 1348.  The

Golden mean? Or reference to the fact that the US "money" is no longer lawful as there is no

The Russian stamp is called "New Russia Triumphant" or "A Freed Proletarian". 
It was designed by a Russian artist Mikhail Antonov and issued on 10 August, 1921. 
The stamp is obviously symbolized the victory of the Soviet regime over the Russian 
Empire. Interestingly enough, exactly 70 years after the stamp was issued and three
months after this ad was published, the Soviet Union collapsed. Truly, "the time 
when things might happen".

This could be a reference to our (fraudulent) fiat money system and the old Gold Standard.

I think the equation inside the box with "REDEEMABLE IN GOLD ON DEMAND..." is a "corruption" of a statement in modal logic (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modal_logic). Ignoring the "corruptions", I will read it as:

"Psi is possible" is defined as "It is false that Psi is not necessary".

I say "corruption" because there are "unecessary" symbols like the arrow ("implies" symbol in logic), and the "null set" symbol. I wrong most likely with this because I think the equation is just "pasted"; came from a book, not typeset by them.

Interesting that Mathematical logic is also prominent in Mayday, aside from Relativity/QM.
