	It would probably help if some reader could identify the publication.  
	Most of these have several layers of meaning. Publication = x, Go game = y, etc.

A person who lives in Japan told me that this is Nikkei Shimbun newspaper 
(Japanese Financial Times). The most interesting part is that this person 
claims that the cutout is from 24 June morning's issue.
