The gif seems to be a wildfowl fen/marsh area with a birds in the foreground.

The stamps are arranged in the cross shape typical of the ADW advertisements. May be a reference to Luther Calvin etc. or to the four Evangalists.

The doodles seem to be from a left handed person given the direction of the curves. the dots at the bottom seem to resemble damped harmonic motion (a sine wave getting lower and lower in amplitude).

I think the second scan may be a reference to the product of phi and pi,

On scan 2 the picture looks like the monument right next to the Discovery Museum in san francisco.

The character above the image is the Greek character for Pi and the other one looks like the Greek character for Psi

The building was erected in 1915 as part of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition. The Architect was Bernard Maybeck who drew inspiration from Roman and Greek architecture.

THe architecture you refer to in "Delivery to my PO Box ~1.12.2009." looks like a structure on the canal, 
regents park, london, uk. Also are you sure those are Judaic symbols, they look like Pi and Phi to me.

	Were the cutouts separate or are they on the reverse of each other?  
	The shape of the cutout appears to be the same but reversed so if they are 
	individual sheets cut out the same, does the pattern mean anything?
